Chris Luker: CEO & Founder

Chris Luker is the founder of e-flo Computers and the driving force behind the company's people-first approach to IT support. He started the business in 2004 out of South West Sydney with a simple idea: that good IT support should feel like having a clever, patient friend in your corner — not a transactional service you only call when something breaks.

Twenty years on, that philosophy still anchors everything e-flo Computers does. Under Chris's leadership, the business has grown from a one-person operation supporting a handful of local schools into a trusted IT partner for primary schools, secondary schools, colleges, and small to medium businesses right across Greater Sydney.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney, and his deep technical background is matched by an even deeper commitment to the people behind the technology. He has spent two decades working hands-on with NSW Department of Education environments, Microsoft and Google ecosystems, Apple device management, and the practical realities of running a school or small business — and he has built a team that shares the same values.

Ask any long-term client what they value most about working with Chris and they'll tell you the same thing: he listens, he follows through, and he treats their problems as if they were his own. He believes the best IT support is the kind you barely notice — quiet, reliable, and there when you need it.

When he is not running e-flo Computers, Chris can usually be found mentoring his team, building out the next stage of the business, or working through a particularly knotty technical problem with the same patience he brings to every client interaction.
